Summit Event Identity
End-to-end identity design for AGS's annual internal global leadership summit.
Timeline: January - March 2025
Why is this in my portfolio? Demonstrates end-to-end creative ownership of a full event identity system built for longevity, flexibility and global scale.
The Why
Allegis Global Solutions hosts a yearly internal event where leaders convene and discuss business priorities. For the last three years, the event fell under Envision, a concept created by an outside agency. While Envision made impact during its debut in 2023, it quickly became stale and difficult to evolve as a standalone identity. This past year, I was brought in to reimagine what the event's identity could be.
The Ribbon Concept

With a clear shift in tone from transformation to execution, this identity had to resonate where the company was heading. That meant it needed to feel active, intentional and scalable. Not aspirational or conceptual. This strategic shift is what led to the design behind the ribbon concept.
At its core, the ribbon represents continuous forward motion. Not a single moment of change, but sustained progress and execution. It visually expresses momentum, alignment and movement, which ties directly back to action-oriented direction. From a brand perspective, it also gives us something Envision didn’t: a strong, flexible element we can use consistently across every Summit touchpoint. It carries both structure and fluidity, which reflects where we are as an organization: aligned, but moving quickly.
A Flexible System
A core principle behind the Summit identity was longevity. Rather than designing for a single event, the system was built to flex, across regions, themes and formats, while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand. From North America to International, general sessions to the Awards Ceremony, the identity adapts without losing its voice.
