About Me
📍Baltimore, Maryland
Where did you go to school?
I graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in May 2021 with my BFA in Design, and recently completed my MS in Interaction Design and Information Architecture at the University of Baltimore. In undergrad, I worked as a print production assistant for three years, learning the ins and outs of all things print, and inadvertently raising my standard of quality for everything I've produced since.
What got you into design?
I started undergrad hoping to get a computer science degree as I'd attended a career and technology center for computer science in high school, and even became a TA for a semester in college. Eventually I realized I was far more drawn to the visual side of web design than the backend, so I took a leap of faith and switched to graphic design. The last art class I'd taken was in first grade before I became an orchestra kid, so I spent an entire summer teaching myself, building a portfolio from scratch and getting accepted into the graphic design program at UMBC.

What are you up to now?
Since graduating in 2021, I've been working as the sole in-house designer for a global B2B company, sitting within the Marketing team and supporting brand and design execution across North America, EMEA, APACx and India. In 2023 I went back to school to pursue my MS and graduated in December 2025.
What do you do in your free time?
I usually start my mornings at CorePower Yoga. I also love to read and snuggle with my cat, Felix Meowtista, who is named after Orioles pitcher Félix Bautista. I've recently gotten into sewing as well (which has been testing my patience). During the summer you're likely to catch me at a music festival!
